Global Union's Quality Assurance & Control Plan describes Global Union's approach to managing quality across the programs and projects in support of organizational Program Officers.

The general policy is to use Quality Management (QM) principles and techniques to achieve specified operational performance and effectiveness for all controls, process, and products.
