Global Union's Quality Assurance Program

Global Union’s quality assurance program establishes the plans, processes, standards, quality processes, project life cycles, quality methods and tools used to manage the programs and projects by our Program Officers.

Global Union continually monitors, reviews, and audit our activities to ensure conformance with applicable regulation, standards, guidelines, plans, and procedures. As part of this process we conduct reviews of our products to determine that the products are suitable for its intended use, identify discrepancies from specifications and standards, schedule and cost objectives are being met, and that risks and issues are promptly identified, communicated, and that appropriate actions are taken to mitigate the risks or address the issues.
