Tom Cross

Tom Cross joined BSC Systems in 1999 with a strong background in IT Security, systems engineering, and government contracting. Tom has been instrumental in the growth of BSC Systems. Tom came to BSC after holding several executive positions including RCM Technologies, Sterling Systems, and Mandex. His 35 years of experience include key areas of expertise in information technology, systems accreditation, corporate and project management, security engineering, risk assessment, C&A, recruiting, systems development, and project and systems audits. Tom holds a MBA from American University and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

John Norrell

John Norrell joined the BSC team in 1999. Bringing with him his extensive background of defense and civilian systems engineering and project management, John has over 30 years of systems and software engineering experience, with 18 of those years specialized in the real time, mission critical applications. Areas of expertise include C&A, Threat Analysis Risk Assessment, Security Planning, Independent Verification & Validation, Systems Audit,  Program Management, and Strategic Planning. John is a Certified Information Security Manager and holds an Masters of Science in Systems Engineering.
